Our Classes

Reformer Class

Our reformer classes run for 45 minutes and are a wonderful way to have a full body workout aimed at building strength, control and improving flexibility. Classes are open to all levels and abilities. Reformer machines are a great way to adjust to your level of strength. Classes are run in an intimiate setting with no more than 8 people where the instructor can easily observe and modify for clients if needed. We also offer a specialised class for Mums and Bubs.

Mat Class

Our classic mat classes are another great way to have a full body workout. These are fun and challenging classes open to all levels. With a focus on improving core, posture, flexibility and control of movement.

Adult Beginner Ballet

This ballet class is suitable for those with absolutely no experience as well as anyone that took ballet as a kid and wants to reignite their passion as an adult. This is an introduction to ballet basics, terminology, artistry and is an inspiring way to develop strength, flexibility, musicality and coordination.
